We use your email to send verification codes, account notifications, and (if opted in) job tips and market insights. Your country preference is used to personalize job search results and email content.

3. Third-Party Services

Resend — sends verification and marketing emails.

Stripe — processes all payments and subscriptions.

JSearch (RapidAPI) — provides job listing data.

Each service has its own privacy policy governing how they handle your data.

4. Data Retention

We retain your account data while your account is active. You may request deletion at any time by contacting support@synthex.my.

5. Your Rights

You may: access your data by viewing your account page; unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time (link in every email); request deletion of your account and data by contacting us.

6. Cookies

We use minimal cookies for session management. We do not use tracking cookies, analytics cookies, or third-party advertising cookies.
